Double Chocolate Sourdough Bread (gluten free)

$14.00

This delectable bread isn’t your typical chocolate bread. In this recipe I start with a chocolate sourdough starter which gives it a deeper chocolate flavor when compared to other breads I’ve tried. Then I freshly mill whole grains in my exclusively gluten free home. You have the option of two blends of flour.

The first blend is teff flour, brown rice flour, and buckwheat flour.

The second blend is oat flour (gf), brown rice flour, and buckwheat flour.

My favorite blend is the one with oat flour, but I know that not everyone can tolerate oats even if they’re gluten free which is why I’m offering the two blends. Please select which blend you’d like at checkout.

This bread requires a 48 hour notice for me to make it. Then it will be ready for pick up at my farm in Centerburg, Ohio.

Full ingredients: brown rice flour, teff or oat flour, buckwheat flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, brown sugar, water, salt
